Disaster Recovery
Helping rebuild and recover.
When disaster hits, United Way mobilizes quickly to provide resources for immediate relief. We're in our communities for the long haul, supporting interim recovery and long-term rebuilding.

Support Texas Flood Relief
Together with local and national partners, United Way is organizing food, water, and clothing drives, coordinating housing and mental health support, and providing legal and insurance claims assistance to those affected by recent flooding.
Donate to this vital work through the Flood Relief resource page of United Ways of Texas. There, you’ll also find more ways to help, including connecting with your local United Way or contributing in-kind items.
211 LA Answers the Call in the Toughest Times
United Way was proud to support 211 LA by coordinating 211 network partners to provide additional surge capacity and through additional resources for long term recovery efforts serving wildfire victims.
United Way activates at the speed of need to support communities impacted by natural or manmade disasters. We leverage our global community networks to rally support quickly. Long after the first responders leave, we’re helping communities rebuild.
